Transgender Artists of Alberta Exhibit

Transgender artists? In Alberta? You bet! This province boasts an impressive number of transgender, Two-Spirit, genderqueer, nonbinary, or otherwise gender non-conforming creators, ranging from sculptors to poets, composers to performers, novelists to textile artists, and beyond. In the coming years, Augustana will host many of them. In March 2021, multi-genre visual artists and performers Harley Morman and Migueltzinta C. Solis will visit from Lethbridge. They will feature in our first-ever library exhibit on Transgender Art in Alberta.
